Isabelle Vautier and her husband Jean-Luc have been working a herd of 150 cattle for many years now. Livestock farming is second nature to Isabelle, raised in the countryside, the granddaughter of a tenant farmer who has never felt better than when she’s outdoors!
They are very committed to tradition, to respect for both the animals and nature. As a result, they produce tasty, high-quality meat that is well appreciated by connoisseurs. “Our animals are fed exclusively on grass and hay,” They said. They reproduce naturally. We carefully select each one of them, thus privileging quality over quantity. And we don’t do a lot of advertising: our customers hear of us by word of mouth.” Beef and rosé veal are sold in boxes of 6 or 12 kg.
